Who can be a member of the Masonry Contractors' Association of Toronto?

Those masonry contractors who are engaged in masonry contracting in the Province of Ontario and who are in contractual relations with the Bricklayers', Masons Independent Union of Canada, Local 1 and with the Labourers' International Union of North America, Local 183. (LIUNA, Local 183)

I am a masonry contractor bound to a collective agreement with a union other than the Bricklayers Masons Independent Union of Canada, Local 1 or the Universal Workers Union, Local 183, can I join the Associatrion?

No.  Only those masonry contractors that are bound to BMIU, Local 1 or LIUNA, Local 183 can join the Association.

I am a non-union masonry contractor, can I join the Association?

Yes, provided you agree to comply and be bound to the terms and conditions any Collective Bargaining Agreeement entered into by the Association on behalf of the membership.

I am not a masonry contractor but I do supply products and services to the masonry industry, can I join the Association?

Yes, those companies in the Material, Equipment and Supply of masonry products and services can become Associate non-voting members of the Association.
